Eating Healthy Speech

Assalamu'alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh,
Hello friends,, We meet again yeahh, this is my one of my speech about eating healthy. Let's check it outt..!!


Assalamu’alaikum wr.wb.

     First of all, I would like to offer our gratitude for Allah SWT, who has given us the grace and the gift that we can meet together in this place. And don’t forget to give shalawat and greeting to our prophet Muhammad SAW. I’m Rr. Ayyu Kisledia will be present a speech with the title of “Eating Healthy”

     Do you ever find yourself snacking on a bag of chips while watching TV, or chewing when you are bored? Well me too, but we must stop or we may end up having to get a picture every morning or taking drugs every afternoon. So in my speech, I hope to help you to eat healthy.

     First, why do you have to eat healthy? because eating healthy foods will improve learning and memorization skills at school and at home.

     Second, why do you have to eat healthy? because you will feel better physically and are more likely to feel good about yourself.

     And third, why do you have to eat healthy? because health is the most important for our body. Of course you want to look good at school, It can avoid chronic illnesses such as diabetes, heart disease and osteoporosis

     Now that I have told you about why you should eat healthy, I hope you will look and feel better, and most important is that it can avoid various types of diseases including cancer. Remember that eating healthy and live a better life will help you in the long run and may even save you!

I think that’s all my speech today is enough. Hopefully it is useful for us. Finally, I’m sorry if there are mistakes in my speech, I beg Allah SWT for forgiveness.
